Building issues

  • Upstairs restroom near disco room not fixed (sink blocked) - CALLI planning to close off for renovation
  • Lots of debris from roof work in Sudo/CCL. expected completion date?
  • light above side entrance. SR tried to change out bulb and check breakers but no power to the light fixture
  • CALLI and Free Store having free giveaway until tomorrow - anything in entrance hall? Toan moved hand trucks to room before trash room - ask FNB to give this space back as spot for ladders, hand trucks, mops etc? Valerie reconsidering current tool room for communal use? Could put some lockable racks in space before trash room.

Finances

  • Sarah invoice for 2023 tax prep: Total Due by February 14 $427.50
I am sending this invoice so that you know how much you owe me, even though the funds aren't currently available to pay me.

This is just for the annual tax filing. All other accounting and finance labor since February has been effectively pro bono to Omni.

Ideally I would be paid prior to the end of the year. I think this is feasible.

  • insurance refund - see Nov 21 email from Traci Stevenson <traci@brignoleandghiri.com>. Not clear exactly how much more we will be getting, and whether we have already received some or all the checks
  • Jesse's bill was accidentally paid from money set aside for Oakland Privacy
