- Brian: talked to assessor and they haven't even looked at our appllication yet and will take a long time. It went to another department. Woman he spoke with said she will look at it next month maybe.
So we do owe the property taxes as assessed. Brian will call again to confirm our understanding of the non-payment provisions, an to ask if nonpayment will affect our eligibility.

- about $5700 in bank after dec mortgage - yay!
- Phat Beets still haven't given us checks for Oct, Nov, Dec. Laura sent email to Asia.
- Did not get the CAST grant - will ask DK to coordinate with another omnifinance person re: checking in about relationships w/ foundations
- Mary Ann: Fundraising WG should be in direct contact with funders
- Mary Ann: Someone Jose knows thru work suggested they could help us get large grants - should ask brewster if part of his donation could go toward an audit
- Jenny: contact from Google who's a sudo member - wants to set up a call sometime this week - Jenny & Laura will contact
- Brian: Best practice process could improve. At my job I process checks for deposit so can't open the mail. Consulting on that is maybe soething google could provide.
- $400 has come in from fundraising letter.

- Laura: Peace Development Fund - applied last year but "didn't sound community organizing enough". I was talking to Mike E. who has been holding down meetings in entrance hall - antiauthoritirian spokescouncil looking to be "formalized"

- is our budget small enuf to qualify? - yes
- Mary Ann: could actually make a reallly good case under their New Economy program... but saw that part of their funding comes from the Koch brothers... don't want any money from them. - Dealing With the New Economy

- Jenny: GWS raised $4500 before expenses at their event on Saturday.
- There were 5 cases of beer left over.
- Laura: i've drafted a letter to the ABC org about how ridiculous the Special Event Permitting process is, and the mistaken nature of their insurance requirements.
- We have to schedule our annual meetings at which delegates will be renewed
- We should write out tasks for each of the officers
- Reduce OOC board to the minimum officers, different from OC.
- Will have meeting January 18th to send out notice of meeting 30 days in advance
