Finance/Fundraising Remote Updates - 23 April 2018

Laura:

  • I re-sent all the leases via digisigner. They had to be re-done to include a new clause that is mandatory in CA commercial leases regarding CASp inspection. Brian, please sign them when you get them.
  • Officer-elect proposal passed at Delegate's meeting
  • I paid insurance premium to B&G
  • I am completing the new account application to open accounts at Beneficial. Jenny and I went and spoke with Tommy Edwards. They allow unlimited signers and subaccounts. I need Brian's info to complete it (emailed) if he is going to be a signer.
  • Trying to set up extinguisher certification visit with Genesis Fire - Wednesday 9am
  • I keep forgetting to bring in large donor thank you notes for signing. Have some donor aknowledgement letters to send out also.
