Communications

• Create flyers, handouts, and invitations to monthly potlucks to distribute door-to-door in the neighborhood.
• Contribute content (verbage, images) to add to the website: http://oomni.github.io
• Disseminate twitter password to more people involved
• Create farcebook page & make several folks admins

Governance

• Each collective should review the Bylaws!
• What kinds of Decisions does the Omni Collective make and how do we make them?
• What potential Challenges are we going to need to overcome?

Building

• Replace electrical panels.
• Install fire alarms throughout building.
• Write an emergency evacuation plan
• Install smoke detectors in every room

• Set up Gittip account
