- Finalize mission statement for CDC (done?)

- What's our status with the "tenancy proposal" - is this still relevant? (5mins)
- How can we reinvigorate our "populating working groups" proposal? (5mins)
- How can we work towards including more people in our project who are not a part of collectives? (15mins)
** What do current collectives provide that is inclusive of "non-members"? (brainstorm individually then reportback to come up with info)
** Report back question: What does the collective labour and resourcing of the Omni collectives provide for "non-members"?
** How can we work towards bringing in more non-members?
** How can we empower "non-members" within our commons? How can we recognize non-members and bring larger representation to their importance?
- Disseminating building maintenance responsibilities (20min)
** Identifying all the tasks that need to be done on a weekly/monthly basis
** Making a proposal for the General OOC Meeting, a "non-voting" proposal, i.e. we'll ask for volunteers to take on tasks for a period of time
** Establishing a structure to continue this process of collectivizing labor

** What are some strategies / facilitation methods we can make into a quick tip-sheet for facilitators?
** What are relevant documents we can create to help facilitators?
** What are some procedures we can put into practice to help relieve tensions of meetings and coherency of meetings?
- Can we bring new life / revision ourselves by changing our name to "How We Organize Working Group"? (5min)
