  • Group proposal: We should come up with a lottery or a chore wheel for building maintenance and cleaning tasks

Weekly Tasks

  • Trash: Goes out on Wednesday mornings (should be taken out Tuesdays)
    • Includes wrapping any excess cardboard in twine
  • Bathrooms: Cleaned weekly on Thursdays
    • Scrubbing toilets
    • Replacing toilet paper and paper towels
    • Wiping down sinks and counters

Kevin's Proposal

  • That folks who are not formally affiliated with the OOC have an option to membership:
    • Suggested minimum contribution of $10/month
    • Participation in other forms (eg working group committment)
  • What's the process for newcomers entering the doorway?
  • Make finances more transparent
  • 'Front Desk' needs - we should have a conversation with La Commune about its intention to be an entry point for newcomers to the building
