  • Community Democracy Project Q&A - Jenny, published and emailed, Ben
  • Communist Assembly - Niki confirmed, need a point person day of (they'll be here to set up and tear down, just need to check in)
  • aikido class? - Niki is discussing rates and schedule
  • Paris Solidarity Network - Niki emailed, need a point person Laura willing to be pp
  • Race, Space, Violence: Challenging Scholarly Praxis - Niki contacted, working out details of space / fee
  • Nakba Educational Forum - Rep from JVP came by and I(Laura) spoke to her. She said they hadn't made decsion to have the event here but would likely do so on this past Friday, but she hasn't gotten back to me or filled out another request.
  • Philia Fundraiser - Noemie, update?
  • Music is Healing Annual Celebration - Kwe?
  • Stay Brown Stay Down - Laura, DK, Jenny, Julio, Ben - Laura in contact w/Brenda. Follow up once she's back in town.
  • Takun Takun (“move -move”/”Shake it “in Farsi) Persian DJ Dance Party Fundraiser - Noemie, update?
  • Annual Claremont Middle School Auction - Laura- I last heard from Sarah D on 5/4 that the PTA would make its final decision on date and location at the next PTA meeting, but no word since then, I emailed her again 5/17.
  • Active Music Series on Tuesday night this week. It's the 1st of an ongoing event series. Matt will be day of point person. Crystal will send me the contract. Since they don't have ABC license we are going to work on getting that for next time. Then they can sell alcohol and we will take a cut. This time I am just going to let them have it for free because the door is to pay the musicians.
