Omni Bi-weekly phone call with Stephaney - 25 July 2016

- SOme Confusion over start time. Stephaney thought 2:30, Laura and Jenny 3pm.
- Check in phone meeting will be at 2:30pm on alternating Mondays
- Stephaney needs to get a handle on our income streams especially related to building income. Laura explained a little about the different ways groups in the Omni use space, pay for usage of commons areas vs. dedicated but open space vs. dedicated private space
- Stephaney wants to confer with Matt about the rent roll spreadsheet (see below) to be able to understand the details.
- Jenny will update the rent roll to reflect current tenants / relationships
- Jenny asks for more communication over email to clarify what we will be doing on the calls, coordination generally.
- Stephaney says she is wllling to do an in person session if we need to. Will only need to schedule.

- Clarify meeting time / day.
- Upload remaining fiscal sponsorship and sublease agreements [Jenny]
- Update rent roll [Jenny]
- Laura emailed Matt and Stephaney to ask him to set up a time to talk to her about details of rent roll spread sheet.
