  • Omni has about 5-6 mics total, plenty of mic stands (6-7)
  • Always good to have a few backup mics, maybe a few XLR cables
• Night is the 25th of October, Tuesday night
• 7-9pm classes in the ballroom, smaller class from 8:30-9 (10-15 people) in the Entrance Hall
• Concerns about ventilation - we have fans

  • 9/22: Maureen went down to pull the ABC permit, and OPD required that she also submit a special event permit (typically $150, but they waived the fee down to $50), and requested that CCL email them whenever they're having classes. Jenny will talk to Maureen to further debrief.

Suggested using Omni and Temescal Arts Center, but she really wanted it to be inside the same building.
