Updates

• Update from Stephaney

• New insurance (Laura): Danielle needs to know what we want for the limit on the loss of property inside the building. What would it take to replace the property in the building if it all burned up? I've asked for some idea how much the amount of the limit affects the cost of the policy.

• ACE Sewer Lateral inspected the sewer lateral today and will send an estimate. Hoping that DK knows where the cleanout is.

• Appraisal should be ready by the end of the week. A partner from the firm - Michael Yovino - came by because he used to come to the Ligure Club with his dad when he waa a kid in the 40s and 50s. He was happy to see it in use and said that the only way to make progress in a big project is a little at a time. Potential donor?

• Garaventa is still slow in responding to our ADA needs - have not been able to reach Victor

Building Acquisition

• Hol (for sudo) and Jenny (for omni) signed a waiver of conflict of interest re: jesse's dual representation of sudo and omni, and attorney fee agreement

Next Steps:

• Wait to send notice to John until 1) sudo has consented to the full proposal on wednesday, and 2) we've received the appraisal and it doesn't contain any major surprises
• Notice of special meetings for sudo membership to consent to amended articles and bylaws including amendment to terminate membership sent, happening 11/16 and 12/22, respectively

• Need a 5-year plan for ADA compliance
• DK met with licensed contractor re: commercial wheelchair lift
