We exercised the option on 10 November 2016 :D
Sudo BoD has now resigned, Jenny to send nominations for new board tonight, then actions to change bylaws
Matt H from CCL is lending the $5K deposit to open escrow, should arrive wired to the Title Company's account by tomorrow morning
The Dow is up!
Jenny sent final authorization letter to Vanguard, should arrive tomorrow morning and we'll have our account info for online login by Thursday at the latest
Should have full appraisal report by tomorrow \o/
Re: insurance - State Farm sent incorrect loss run, Jenny sent spreadsheet with correct account #s
- They also want all of our financial data, board bios, etc - can be found in 1023 app
- DK - Can we talk to them about event venue insurance?

Next steps: Jenny elects new Board tonight, sends out resolution to amend bylaws and articles, approve purchase, and appoint new officers for board to sign
