Brian is now our treasurer
DK & Jenny are meeting with John tomorrow to explain the transfer of the option to purchase to Sudo Room.
Insurance agent is requesting additional documents that Laura is working to put together. One insurer is asking for application for name change that they think we have to send to the IRS. Laura will send the form we sent to CA with other supporting documentation an give Jesse's contact for question.
Brian is still working on the end of year fundraising letter. Has an outline. Would like the opening para to be from someone about the Omni providing them something that they can't get anywhere else. We suggested a few ideas.

Pilates and gyrotonic for dancers/athletes etc who can't afford it. Friends w/ folks at Pizzaiolo, would fundraise with them... could net us ~$5K/year
Cut of 5%? Brian says 7%. Even though this isn't a huge thing, it's a drain on an already limited resource.
