Moving contracts to calendar wordpress
- Don't use the contracts in the calendar
Discussion of 4/22 event and general ballroom event protocol
- question about incense burning ... should explicitly disallow scent creation in contract
- updated contract template. consider setting this as a standard for the Omni as a proposal for delegates
- will bill 4/22 organizers for 2hours beyond contract at $100/hour (proportional to rest of contract)
- keep thinking about how to ensure events align with Omni principles and organizers understand what they need to contribute to running their event - generally for ballroom events have a meeting in advance to check out space and talk through cleaning, taking out trash, etc.

- Bay Area Socialist Party (non-electoral) wants to have monthly meetings in the Disco Room starting in May
- West African Dance organization wants to have weekly classes on Friday nights starting in May through June
- Anti-Eviction Mapping Project willing to contribute regular to use space for twice monthly meetings
- No More Presidents Group to have regular space on Sunday afternoons in the Disco Room
