Taxes sent in. Laura hasn't contacted Jessie yet re related organizations
Kazoo is back in town and will pay ABDC invoices in a few days
Year end fundraising letter almost done. We made some final comments.
Brian was unable to reach assessors office. Will try agsin tomorrow.
Final cafe proposal was submitted just before the last delegates meeting. Laura will remind delegates to discuss with their collectives beofre the next meeting. We looked at the proposal.
- Brian - what if they are in the middle of buildout and the group falls apart with everything a mess? or they make abunch of changes and then can't open or flake when it comes time to pay rent?
- Getting security deposit up front, when lease is signed would help if lease is broken like this.
Village proposal for fiscal sponsorship was approved by delegates. Jenny wrote a grant application form for them. Don't know if she got requested feedback from Jesse.
