- authorized funds are for 7 days - then they
- put authorization in 10 days to guarantee event, but might expire in 7 days, so need to authorize again day of event
- alternatives to CC: take cash or check (and actually deposit it, then refund)

- Intimate (name change, formerly Soul and Spirit) (6/2) PP:Joe agreed to $, working on alcohol permit, on calendar
- Capoeira classes (6/4 onwards) PP:Lynn, asking for MWF nights 7-9 at $20/hour. Will do 1 month trial contract for sound concerns and people walking through. Will offer Disco Room as room is available still contigent on sound levels. Could talk to freestyle soccer people

- Uniquely Yours Writing Workshop - Julio wrote contract and invoice
- Worker’s Discussion Group (3/18) - PP Julio; recurring event contract and invoice in place
Nick Crisis at Classy Prom/Security Issues
- Enforce 1 security per 50 people; suggest CRC.
- Joe: review upcoming events for any that might require strict security: None found
- Katrina to research alternatives to 911: has been collecting resources. Mental health issues are more challenging. Will send link to the resources, make a handout for point people.
- Julio to try to get a workshop for Alternatives for Mental Health Emergencies - what's the update?
- Joe to call the Event Helper to get guidance: They wouldn't say anything.
- Laura: The PP should also brief the security guards about the building, how we operate, what to look out for that is different han an typical venue, banned page
- Lynn: establish relationships with a couple of trusted security firms so they have experience with us.
- Lynn will look at names from Jenny for security companies and possible contact.
