Brian: Get the assessors office late tax/payment plan thing, call them to talk details.
- Brian: Haven't done that. Totally dropped the ball. Will make a priority for next meeting.
Brian: Talk to Needa, get two step authentication for her gofundme login
- Brian: Scheduling meeting with Needa has been tricky. We are meeting up on Wednesday to get the information and I will send out the docs then. It is a little late, but most were already done, and I suspect the people who donated to this are not eagerly awaiting their letters.
Brian: Meet with Laura/Jenny to discuss finance presentation at the next delegates meeting
- Brian: Gave the presentation to the Delegates meeting. Was final meeting before the end of the year, so attendance was low. I don't think we ever hit quorum, but I gave the report back anyway. Mostly just going off of the Email Jenny sent out. Notes on that should be in the delegates meeting notes.
Laura, Brian , Dan will meet on Wednesday PM to sent donor acknowledgements and have general work party. We did all the letters except Village GFM related. Still dont have the go fund me login.
Dan: follow up with Beneficial on documents for Village checking account Received reply from Beneficial. They said something about using Omni's EIN, but I'm pretty sure we can use the Village EIN. Putting together the documents for their review.
- Laura: Dan, let me know if you have any questions about how to fill out the paperwork. Or Jenny :)

Do we have any input on the decision to fiscall sponsor the First We Came for the Homeless Art Show? They are asking fo this becasue they need a bank account, for tax deductability.

New Collective recruitment - we need new member collectives. RockPaperScissors is one group we should talk to and I plan on reaching out this week. Laura willing to write up announcement to post on FB, Tweet, etc. Do you all want me to do that and run by you? What other outreach ideas are there? Other ideas for groups to reach out to?
- Qilombo just evicted. Maybe reachout to them? Neither of us know much firsthand about how their org was doing.
- Brain will ask people in nonprofits if they know of any groups.
The delegates meeting has decided that we should start getting used to using Loomio and other programs for interacting. Especially in times of fewer meetings.
- Brian: Zoom is a good mostly free (free for our uses) website. I can set that up and show people how to use it.
