- 990s filed
- Haven't heard back about property taxes
- Herc Rentals contacted Brian on 12/31 claiming 3 outstanding invoices. Our bank confirmed payment to them in June. Herc couldn't find the payment but finally sent it "for review". Brian will continue to deal with them if they have any other response.
- Jenny filed annual Business Tax License renewal and 2018 RRF-1
- Jenny issued 1099s for 2019
- and started reconciling 2019. Hoping to finish by February in time for the property tax exemption application.
Action Items
- Laura will priint up mortgage interest/principal schedule
- Obtain estimates/quotes for water heater installation
- Set up property tax app process, get volunteers, and finish by 2/15
- New mortgage search begins after that
- Invite Adam to 2/17 finance mtg (jenny)
