Myriad rent proposal

- Proposal retroactive rent reduction from $200 to $100 starting from January due to not getting the some expected revenue or the needed use of space. Reduction approved.

Website proposal
- Rayyan who has been working closely with Silver and Susan Silber website for their collective resilience project is proposing to work on our website. Silver presented the need to upgrade and get the website features improved and up to date to make it more appealing to both larger prospective donors and community and members. Outward facing focus on improving Omni Commons' capacity for fund development.
- Silver has worked with Rayyan closely for PLACE.
- Streamlining events is important for events income, which is imortant for refinance

- Vendors will charge for hours worked at the rate of $30/hour. Total projected hours is 67 equaling $2010 for the course of the two month project.
- delegates will bring back to collectives and vote next delegates 5/18 after updates to proposal
- Let's try to collect votes on this over the Consensus mailing list sooner than 2 weeks from now. It's a relatively small amount, but time sensitive for events streamlining, presenting ourselves to banks, etc.
- Patrik: Wordpress might not be best choice to have website editable and maintainable by non-experts afterwards
- Rayyan: have comparison chart with pros and cons of different platforms. Will be doing platform documentation and training

Update on loan refinance

Roof quote
Eddy from CCL got a quote for the roof from a company he's worked with before - Ramos Roofing Group. $130K for complete tearoff and replace with modified bitumen. 5yr warranty against leaks.
- We do not currently have this $$ but would likely include it in refinance request. There were prior quotes for the project. We could use an assessment whether this is a reasonable quote.
Entry hall floor
- Joe: Still lot work to be done to be presentable for NOBAWC convention on May 16th. Need organize work session. NOBAWC is offering free membership to collectives (Omni itself is already a member)
- Silver can help with work party. How much would it cost to pay a contractor to finish the job? Silver can do research on contractors
- Geraldo: make sure contractor licensed for concrete work; can help Silver with contractor research, but has little time
