  • Shreya suggested setting up a meeting w delegates:
    • "I'm also wondering if we can set up a Zoom delegate meeting next week to talk through these updates and any questions that may be coming up? Could you land on a time that works for everyone? We're available MTW after 3pm. Also happy to check in 1:1 with you this week if it's helpful!"
  • William - open those times. makes sense to have delegates meeting after or before. Because we are all in one place
    • Wednesday is Juneteenth
    • Toan - can do monday/tuesday

Finances

  • Need to check whether auto payments to Mulberry have been stopped!
    • Myan (email): I have not been updated about the MT payments, as of now they are still on auto pay. Can someone from Omni please advise whether we should stop the MT auto payments and the status of the foreclosure? Also, the monthly insurance is due on 6/18 and the amount due is $1,937. I’ve asked Silver if we can transfer funds from Media Labs to Omni for their June rent but will still be under.
      • Patrik (email): Mulberry Trust payments need to be stopped ASAP! The foreclosure letter was dated May 17, so I hope we did NOT make any payments after that. Otherwise we may need to try to claw back that payment...
        • Myan: I’ll stop the automatic payments but a payment was already made for June as the payments are scheduled for the 1st of the month. Again, this is the first I’ve heard of the payments are stopping and the foreclosure letter was dated 5/17. Additional information around this would be helpful to know in advance.
  • Patrik: still don't know if D&O insurance is included in the AFCO insurance?
    • Sarah (May 9 meeting notes): there is D&O insurance-// Great American is the carrier...
      • Patrik checking with Myan if our Great American insurance is still OK
  • SR is okay prepaying rent to pay for the insurance
  • CCL will ask membership
