  • Original from Jesse: "Any tangible or intangible property, including intellectual property, such as copyrights, obtained from third parties or created in connection with the Project shall be the property of the Corporation, held for the charitable purposes of the Project. Upon termination of the Project by the Committee or the Board, all intellectual property, copyrights, and tangible or intangible property shall be either retained by the Corporation or transferred along with funds as provided herein."
  • new version (mostly from Fractured Atlas): "Any tangible or intangible property, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property, obtained or created by the Project as part of the Project shall remain the property of the Project, and they shall be the sole party responsible for the editorial and creative direction of the Project. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Project agrees to give archival materials, including documents, collateral, and finished products, to the Sponsor at no cost for inclusion in the Sponsor’s archives, and for use in Sponsor’s promotional and programmatic efforts, subject to any third party rights in and restrictions on the use of, such property. The Project further agrees to ensure that any finished product or products using funds granted by the Sponsor are produced, provided, or otherwise utilized in a manner that benefits the public."

Finances

• Free Store's GoFundMe donations havent been going into it's subaccount. Need to see if they have gone into another account. Paige will look into it more.
• still need to look for new insurance providers
• Refund checks from Brignole and AFCO?
• John did see letter from Nonprofits Insurance Alliance, about renewing accident insurance
