Conflict w/ Pigeon and Senti
- Response to violence often looks weird
- What is the role of Omni mediating conflicts happening outside of the space? Might we explore a mutual aid mediator exchange with another community space?
- Request a statement of safety from both parties
- Pigeon brought another issue up with sudo back in December
- What constitutes abuse? Or abuse of the easy-to-ban aspect of our policies?
- What are their needs? Need to assert power... be heard..
- With the Zach situation, we didn't have a process in place to bring him back into the community
- We should make a statement that we do not ban people for not acting
- How to respond to people acting out of pain?
