• • 3 people visitiing from East Bay Homes Not Jails
• INterested in holding weekly meetings and aplying to be a member collective
• Need space for open public meetings of 5-20 people. There are 5 peole involved as organizers right now. Also if availabel woudl like secure tool storage. A couple months ago were shown a tool cabinet in ticket booth that woudl work for that.Would like 24 hour access for that.
• Yar: As a member coll would you wnat ot send a delegate to to the meeting.
• that's a requirement right?
• Yar: you wold just become an inactive gcollective (explains)
• Yar: Are you anew group?
• A lot of us have been displaced from SF so we are starting the east bay group.
• Yar: How often have yo met so far?
• A few times since the, but most of us worked together in SF for a long time. We haven't ahd a space or time to meet regualrly here.
• Yar: suggests meeting at Omni before proposing membership. SIducssed slowness and ambiguities in the process.
• We discuss some of the options and meaning of being a member collective
• andrew: Is there a financial oblicgation?
• Yar: its all needs a capacity based wether you are a member collective or not
• We discuss calendaring system and how to reserve space.
• Fiest couple meetings would be smaller. Sometime need childcare.
