Announcements

• Calendar is synching manually but gives and error. Julio suspects it has to do wiht the different locations in /occupy not mapping right in /calendar
• Lib Min services won't start until 1/3 per Cheryl. Delete from calendar until then. Rob has some complaints about things that have happened

• Robb - student film thesis in bathroom on Sunday? Did not contact but will
• Robb/Jenny - What's up w Rojava Revolution?
• Laura - what's up with BACE potluck: prob not happening
• Laura - response to Not Ur Baby: revise letter or call? Revise and send
• Laura - Omni Love Party update: Bands are committing. There is already a FB event page. Arthur and Saryta are working on it. A few days ago I asked Arthur to send an update, but hasn't. Arthur wants to talk to Rob sond stuff, what equp is avail. Joshua says there is a sound request form that he made
• Event related computer stuff:
  • Laura and Jeremy have written and posted new point person instruction on the wiki: https://omnicommons.org/wiki/Responsibilities_of_and_Guidelines_for_event_Point_Person(s)
  • Yar substantially updated the front page of the website
  • A/V list- Robb talked to Liz about it but hasn't gotten to it
  • revisio of the rental request form: some things have been done, but needs space on the back end to write in who is the PP, sponsoring group list needs updating to include new collectives.
  • Other needed work: re-write rental policies and fee structure page inc. disco room music turn off time; re-write guidelines for ballroom and other rentals page to include pics and descriptions of occupancy and other info on each space.

• The Launch of the First Global Day of Purpose brought to you by Purpose University Ballroom 1/7/2016 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm: Laura talked to them and they weren't willing to pay eough for the ballroom or move to another room. Never got back.
• Not Ur Baby Pt.II Ballroom 1/9/2016 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Laura will revise email and send to den the event for political incompatibility
• Solo Performance – Solitary Man: My Visit to Pelican Bay State Prison Ballroom Mezzanine 1/23/2016 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm: date is flexible for 23rd of any month. PP should also see if he would take the entry hall. PP = Joshua
