• Laura filled out Beneficial State Bank environmental questionnaire. Waiting for information from CCL and Sudo to complete.
• Financial review progressing
• Jenny made a 'Will Omni Make It This Month' spreadsheet. Good news, this month looks good!

• Jenny has improved documentation. Used Calculator from Stephanie to look at monthly payments and needed net operating income. More accurate information. Expenses look lower than those Stephanie calculated, lower income needed
  • New numbers indicate we would likely only need 30-35K in grants per year in long term.

Grants

• Marcus and Mary Ann are working on the SparkPlug Foundation grant, $10-15K
  • Deadline: LOI deadline is Aug 30. We sent LOI and they respond, no direct timeline. Grant deadline is around October 1st.
  • They would cover rent expenses!
  • Laura will write Fiscal sponsorship letter for Helen of FNB to sign to send with application.
• Field trip to SF Foundation??
  • Brian and Marcus may visit Foundation center. October 1st deadlines are optimal to look for. Also have their computers at Oakland and Berkeley Libraries. http://foundationcenter.org/ask-us/find-us
• Spin as procuring a building to serve as a center for community organizing

Rummage Sale

• Update on sale:
  • Craigslist ad being posted. With prices for items listed.
  • Will be set up Friday night, and run on Saturday
  • Dump run is being de-coupled from the sale. Dump truck would be needed to remove everything, but we should be able to make a few runs at least from our profits.
  • Shirts would raise $700+ in profit, -$300 for next round of shirts
  • TURFinc & Khafre Jay are going to be performing
