Process Review/Improvements (30 minutes)

  • Mary wants to talk about the contract
  • We created a contract for Mary's event.
    • Action: Mary will provide some input about contract details
  • Mary suggests we do a hold on a credit card (running an authorization), instead of taking a paper check
    • Action: Mary will look into it using Square
  • Other improvements were suggested in the thread about the bad event
    • Action: Joe will create a google doc to summarize the improvements
  • Alcohol: we don't offer to do alcohol for folks we don't know
  • Angel here talking about the production collective: also including Dragon, Robb, Ryan
