(Robb) commons proposal to encourage participation in stewarding the commons- hereby, seeking support for proposal before submitting to delegates for concensus 1) proposal to set aside 10% of commons revenue - per event - to be divided among the collectives that facilitate the commons working group during events according to their contribution of time for a trial period of 3 months. 2) the matter shall be brought before the delegates at the end of said period for review and to renew/restructure this proposal. 3) this proposal shall not restrict facilitators from soliciting personal donations for providing extraordinary services, i.e. cleaning before/after, security, sound, video, door monitoring, food/drink service, etc.
- Robb will incorporate discussion into updated proposal.
- We think it is a finance discussion more than a commons.
