Pending Events

• #giftthepeople - delete, they are looking for a place that already has alcohol license
• Holiday Party for Youth 12/30 - Katrina
• Shop boys - Lynn will respond that we can't host
• Teen Support Groups - Jenny corresponding, requested small classroom but will overlap with tutoring and other stuff. Will need a different room in OMni but we support this happening here.
• Weekly Campaign Meetings - Joe is pp. Working on contract for disco or other small room
• Ann Bauer - Almaz, $35 is ok for the den 1/4
• Oakland Brown Beret meeting - Almaz will let in and show to whatever space is available
• It takes a village baby shower/Take Back our Streets - Almaz, GCEA Ballroom 1/13 5-10pm
• First Networking Event - Laura emailed on the 11th, haven't responded.
• Stop Urban Shield - Katrina was going to talk to them .. told them ballroom was booked and suggested looking for other date/time ... didn't hear back
• Sweetheart Hustle Ball 2/10 - Katrina .. told them date was booked and asked about other date ... didn't hear back
• BAYAC Team Day - Katrina, continuation of last year's booking .. told them new price is $160/4 hours unless they can make a case of alignment with values and inability to pay market rate ... reminder 12/28 to send info by Jan.7 meeting
• Puzzle Room: The Heist! - 3/16 Laura
• LImp Wrist - deleted, needed 500 person capacity
• Senior Prom - Laura, they are still decidiing
• Wedding - Laura, they are still deciding, want 350 people, Laura will probably not be here tho,

Recurring Events

• PPs with recurring event need to make sure they are re-entered for 2018
