• Laura: new leases are ready to sign
• Jenny has been paying for donated laptop supplies form the Paypal account. Keeping records on epic spreadsheet in Omnishare/accounting/donations/in kind donation (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JTkNskP48oTs3St-bZahLRqlNnFIJmqwA70W31v8Grc/edit#gid=676389143 ).
  • Waiting for Facebook donations to come in and donated bitcoin. Responses to request form and needs assessment are on website.
• Jenny started taxes. We should file for extensions.
  • Books aren't ready to go yet. Jenny will make trello cards for tasks that Laura can help with.
• Spoke w Theresa Halula from CCL and BAAM. There has been an ongoing but unresolved discussion about formalizing their relationship. Will bring it up again.
• Sudomesh discussions on Omni collective and Google donations were not resolved. Jenny will bring up again.
• Tentative date for hackpack assembly this Saturday.
• Village opened a bank account at Community Bank of the Bay, but it's in Omni's name and EIN. One signer needs to be removed and Needa added.

  • Figure out whether SudoMesh is going to be a member collective/sign lease - Jenny
  • Send Theresa Halula copy of OC sublease - Laura
• Look into volunteer aggregator sites - Brian
• Laura: coalate Fulfillment perks list and give to Jenny,
  • Jenny: Give that list to Kazoo.
  • Jenny: will give button to the one person who requested a button.
