  • Brian: Started looking at volunteer recruitment services, comparing. SHould be able to make a recommendation at next meeting.
  • Brian: Will probably have RRFs etc done by next meeting
  • Laura: I put corrected leases in maiboxes for TIL, CCL, PB, and FNB. Brian will need to re-sign. If MaryAnn signed the lease on Jenny's free Docusign acct, that needs to be printed for our files.
  • Laura: OC and OOC tax extension forms completed and mailed 4/2/18
  • Laura sent Theresa Halula copy of sublease
  • Laura submitted the officer selection process proposal to delegates. Got Feedback from Patrik on consensus list and responded.
  • We need to pay B&G 1st 2018 GL insurance premium 1100.18
