• International Hotel Film Screening (9/13): Lynn willing to be there. Julio will do contract and is checkiing with LL to see if they want to sponsor/manage.
• TWC Learning Club: The Revolution Will Not Be Funded (9/22): Julio, working on contract

• New Paradigm Party: Cacao, Consent, and Conscious Celebration (10/6) PP: Julio, need point person if it's the day of.
• East Bay DSA General Membership Meeting 10/14): Julio
• RAICES Fundraiser Talent Show Extravaganza (9/9) BR PP:Joe, DELETED, found another space
• Counter Culture Labs 5 Year Anniversary Party (9/14) PP Lynn, published, working on their alcohol permits, getting everything together. Lynn will charge a security deposit, have been meeting w RObb. WIll clean up next morning before noon.
• Brown Femme Futures: 9/22) Lynn PP, Yar day of, signed contract, sent invoice for first half today, want to pay for cleanup afterward
• The Basic Byebye Show (10/26) PP Laura: COmmunicated withthem. Offering Proposing $250 + another 250 after they get $1250, then 80/20 split of $15-25 donation notaflof = $3400 if 230 people donate average of $15 so we would get an additional $380 for a total of $880. No sound or lighting needed. Also may need help with housing and would like us to bring potluck food for the to eat during the day - maybe FNB?
• Song for Mapuche (10/28) PP Joe; Going slow. Trying to get ABC permit
• Taylor Lockwood’s 2018 Mushroom Photo Tour, Ballroom 11/9: PP Julio: Contract. They found another space. DELETED
• Emerging Illusions fashion show (11/10) PP Joe. Want ot know about dressing space, but haven't come to look at space.
• EBAlternative Book and Zine Fest (12/08): PP Laura: They signed contract and paid deposit. WIll work with Jeff on security.
• Tuning Project (1/28) PP: Laura. Have to write up the contract.
