9/25 Laura's updates

  • Robb mentioned that Beneficial recently sent him new cards and has totally changed their online banking. It also didn't work for him before to set up an online account, but now does. Should we just try again to set it up?
  • I deleted the invoice item for Cafe Caracol's last month rent. It should be charged when they pay their first month's rent.
  • Addtional trash/compost pickups are hopefully set up. We shouldn't pay for twice a week pickup billed before this week. WM said they will cradit us for the Sept pickups they missed on the next bill (In October for November).
  • Did we receive an exemption form for the business equipment tax?
