- need to draft lease agreement and send to Sudo Mesh for consensus (meetings are Tuesdays excepting First Tuesdays), finance is fine with keeping the $100/month for sudo. Omni, Sudo Room, and Sudomesh will sign.

Property Taxes
- Any new communication from county?
- We need to decide which areas will be "uncontaminated" by non-charitable activities, and draw up event guidelines, modify event requests and contracts.too collect necessary info.
- Still haven't received feedback, but they did promise us that!
- Need to change event form process so we receive the docs we need when we sign event rental contracts, including a description of the charitable nature of the activity, or describing it as falling within Omni's mission/activities somewhere in the contract. May be helpful to involve Yar as a consultant.
