  • Laura will write up new member collective promo - been waiting for the bullshit to end
    • any suggestions for groups that would be appropriate?
  • Brian: Get the assessors office late tax/payment plan thing, call them to talk details. We went to the Assessors office to talk with them.
  • Dan: Village Beneficial documents completion
  • Brian: Set up Zoom account for the omni, share the password around. Include a description of how to use the account.

    • gives recurring donations of $100/mo to Sudo Room
    • Got Handshake grant and shared 30,000 with Omni
    • Wiring and maintenance of internal wifi network
    • COI w/ Omni as Additional Insured sent to Finance
    • need to draft lease agreement and send to Sudo Mesh for consensus (meetings are Tuesdays excepting First Tuesdays), finance is fine with keeping the $100/month for sudo. Omni, Sudo Room, and Sudomesh will sign.

  • OC Insurance policies are being renewed

Property Taxes

    • Any new communication from county?
    • We need to decide which areas will be "uncontaminated" by non-charitable activities, and draw up event guidelines, modify event requests and contracts.too collect necessary info.
  • Still haven't received feedback, but they did promise us that!
  • Need to change event form process so we receive the docs we need when we sign event rental contracts, including a description of the charitable nature of the activity, or describing it as falling within Omni's mission/activities somewhere in the contract. May be helpful to involve Yar as a consultant.
