Update on Mortgage

• 5/5: "Thank you for sending this email. We are working on a more detailed letter to address the terms you detailed in the email. To ease the anxiety in this pandemic era before we send the official letter, Mulberry Trust is open to defer payments for 6 months or until income rebounds, whichever is soonest with a complete pause (no unpaid interest or principal will be added to the loan amount) but will still keep the maturity date of December 1, 2021. The letter will also include a revised payment schedule. "
• 5/7: "Mulberry Trust will not consider Omni in default if the organization does not make a loan payment tomorrow. You will be receiving an official letter with a revised payment schedule next week. "
