CAST Office Hours 7/9/24

  • Community Bank of the Bay cannot do standard loan, but would be willing to refinance later
  • Kenneth Rainin Foundation (krfoundation.org) may be able to do 1-yr bridge loan ("recoverable grant"). Aiming for $760K, but may not have that much available. CBB's willingness to refinance later could help. Will get final yes/no in meeting Thursday afternoon - by ~3:30pm!
  • 1% account with CBB still needs to be approved by SEC, at request of their new parent bank. But CBB is willing to honor the deal until SEC comes through - need to contact them directly.
