fiscal sponsorships

FS status

• SR still incorporating, so still needs sponsorship
• SMAC found new fiscal sponsor but still has funds in Omni's unify. They would like to transfer the funds to their new bank account but Paige didn't know best way to do that. Looped SL into the email last week but no response yet. Anyone else know a good way to do this?

Finances

insurance refunds

• none from brignole or AFCO as of last week. We may need to ask them to void the checks and resend.
  • brignole refund $728.85 - paige emailed today, no response
  • AFCO refund $1,117.58+$242.95 - Paige called today. Said they resent checks on January 29th.

insurance bill due

• Great American bill due 3/26 - $194.75 for Executive Protection & EPL Policy

Free Store funds in wrong subaccount

• Copy of email sent by Paige "moving funds raised by free store fundraiser"
  • Free Store has a gofundme here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/keep-the-free-store-going, but none of the funds from it have been put into the Unify Free Store subaccount. The money has been going into the "Omni Savings/Hellman account." That account has only $831.85 in it now though, and the Free Store raised $1,125.04. So some money would need to be moved from Omni's checking account as well.

• CALLI has shared building rules and has a tentative gathering/brainstorming meet scheduled for the 25th.
