* Derek works with Enspiral, the company behind Loomio! Loomio:
** Creates an in-depth history of all decisions collectively made
** Can be adapted for consensus, modified consensus, majority etc;
** Can create subgroups (for eg working groups and collectives)
* Describes "iterative decision-making" where everyone shares their questions/concerns and each person gives a green-light when they see their questions/concerns represented
* Dot Voting / Ranked Choice voting
* will always be free
* individuals who propose something for a decision will get emails and updates, which will encourage their facilitation of the discussion PLUS their facilitation of the platform (which is minimal)

"Sorry I can't make it, something last-minute came up, but I want to just say for the record that I am in the process of overhauling the omni server's email infrastructure with the aim of having as many email addresses and email lists as our hearts desire. You can consider me a bottom-liner although I prefer the status of "do-ocratic sysadmin". Let me know if that's cool. Some moral support would be nice!
