7pm in the ballroom mezzanine!

* Work on request from Niki: Hi friends!
I have signed up for the Facilitating Collectivity mailing list and am waiting for my confirmation but, in the meantime, I wanted to check in w/ you re: new collectives / tenants and their subleases, etc.
So far, to my knowledge, only Gaby has signed a sublease and paid her 1st, last and deposit.
OMP paid one month's rent but not last and deposit and has not signed a sublease.
The new print collective has not signed a sublease but I'm assuming that the $$ TIL put down when we moved in is being reconstrued as their 1st, last and deposit? Anyone know for sure?
All three of these groups / tenants need to get insurance. Technically, they should not be moving in / working in the space until they have insurance per *our* lease with John.
Also, TIL will need to sign a new sublease reducing their rent to $400/mo.
This stuff is w/in the FC purview, yes? Can you let me know if y'all can take these things on? Ideally, I'd like to have signed subleases by the end of the week.
If people want to talk to our insurance agent, his name is Thomas Kleinsmith (from State Farm) and his email is:
thomas.kleinsmith.u0t1@statefarm.com
Please let people know that until they get insurance, they cannot legally be working in the space!
I'm attaching a copy of the sublease.
