- Disseminating building maintenance responsibilities (10min)
- Check in: How has this been working? Shall we add a "Check-in" to the Delegates Agenda for when we report-back, to see how it's working for groups - how we can alter our current system, etc.
- Finished version of "How to Clean the Ballroom FAQ" to give to groups (collectives or outside groups) who use or sponsor an event in the ballroom as part of expectations for rental/use of ballroom, etc. (see: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bIgn85luaIvm4W5NJqCi7YySak0DACBbyZKs-_-VjOw/edit?usp=sharing)
