BACE Timebank Potluck Party!
When: Wed Dec 3rd, 2014 - 6:30 - 8:30 PM
Where: Omni Ballroom
We decided to liven things up for the holiday season and turn our monthly staff meeting into a party!
Come meet other Timebankers, share some food, and learn what's been going on behind the scenes. We'll have an orientation for new members (or anyone who has questions), and there's plenty of space for skillshares if you'd like to offer one (please bring any supplies you need). Earn Timebank hours for setup, cleanup or skillshares. All Timebank members and potential members are welcome, even if you aren't bringing something for the potluck.
Schedule:
- 6:00 Setup - Anyone who can, please arrive early to help arrange tables and chairs, etc.
- 6:30 Potluck begins. Please bring a food item or beverage to share, and your own dish, cup and utensils (if you can - we'll provide some extras).
- 7:00 Timebank Orientation / Q & A
- 7:30 Skillshares: if you'd like to, you can offer a simple class or demonstration. We won't be scheduling these in advance, but the space is HUGE, so just pick your spot and announce your offering.
- 8:30 Cleanup - You're welcome to stay later and socialize, but please help us get everything cleaned up quickly so the early birds can get home.
