- $25 event license via FNB?
- What is ok with commons to do? David will give info to help look for cheaper insurance. Event has to be private, eg no one can come in who didin't hear about the event through FB, Trans health Conference, etc. Have donation boxes around inc on bar, tip jar for bartender.

Alcohol Insurance
- Need to find a broker that charges less for* o get police approval, and is considered a "trial." The cop who does it doesn't waive any of the requirements for the first time.
- There needs to be more clarity on the event page of the website about what is needed to have an event here.
David wants to do first friday events involveing art on the wall in ballroom and Spaz dance party in the basement, They dont want alcohol.

Matt - theatrical performance + ancillary dance / music / stagecraft, two weekends, then a performance 6 weeks later
- First weekend in May?

- Matt will reach out to potential participants to see who might join and get back to COmmons WG with more concrete ideas for event at next meeting
