This Week

• Received progress drawings from Jim - they're on the share, need to migrate to cloud
• Proposed building a room in the southwest corner of the ballroom - since the wall will cut off our maintenance closet - also for storage, reducing square footage, etc
• Front door drawings w/ grade will be ready tomorrow (Wednesday), Jim's coming with DK and Joe to their meeting with John tomorrow at 12:30
• Also need John to sign off on widening the ticketbooth room door; struts in La Commune
• Brian the sound guy coming today at 3pm re: moisture sealant of south wall drywall and will also spec out what we need for budgeting
• Timeline for south wall? Capoeira [May 23rd] wants to use the balcony.
• Need to remove veneer carefully
• Struts in La Commune being approved tomorrow
• John and Mary out of town for June - need to get all things for next 2 months approved in next 2 weeks
• Letters of Agency notarized with John's signature for every permit
• Would like to put in wire shelving in the storage room - currently inadequate for holding all of our tools

Work Party Wednesday

• Remove hardware on doors
• Clear area in front of south wall
• Remove veneer from south wall
• Get drywall dropped
• Procure tarps
• Big Ed available for a dump run Friday at 3
• separate dump piles in ballroom
• get rid of junky charis, and those that wont pass fire
• tarp off work area

Permit Strategy

• Rather than General, get a Building permit for construction, then add electrical, plumbing etc appended to that
• Downstairs basement wall is a building permit

Plan for Electrical

• Emergency lights in every bathroom
• Installing cage lights around all cageless bulbs
