Mtg w/ DK - Tuesday, May 19, 2015 Present: Laura, DK, Joe, Sean L, Jenny

• Last night decided to divide up labor:
  • David on front door, ventilation, noisefloor of the neighborhood, land use permit application
  • Sean L and Joe on S Wall
  • Anca and Dusty on ballroom doors
  • Matt on electrical - we're 99.9% there

South Wall:

• Replace paneling with drywall
• Must make sure it's really well-attached

Ventilation:

• Bathrooms
  • La Commune
  • Could do 3 bathrooms with one fan
• Basement Kitchen
• Ask for someone to lead installation
• Sudo / CCL ventilation - integrated ducting - one fan could vent 2 skylights - build a cheap frame around skylight with rolling sunshade cloth would reduce the need

for ventilation (cost effective and simple) Doors:

• Jenny ordered a door closer, should arrive this week
• Ballroom doors second most important - also need closers
  • OPD won't accept old clearance for assembly - definitely a priority
• Panic bars - Dusty and Anca - Laura will cat-herd
• Door set - Jenny will cat-herd and purchase one set

Electrical:

• CCL outlets
• Fan in the basement
• MPM's offset press - 30amps - ask MPM to pay Mike to hook it up (DK sent an email to Kate)
• 3 remaining ballasts in the basement

MSD:

• Hazardous materials list - Jenny will ask Jake and Adam to make a hard copy in a binder for sudo (eg ignitable metal powder)

ADA Bathroom:

• Yar will try to find time to drain the toilet this week

Goals for this week:

• DK:
  • Submit permit for S Wall & Front Door
  • Review list of tasks and update
  • Schedule noisefloor tests w/ Seb
  • Remaining electrical tasks, get Mike to come
• Sean: begin drywall on S wall
• Joe:
  • Tape Disco Room window & work on S Wall
  • Ensure plan is submitted to city
  • Meeting w/ Mary & John tomorrow - finding stack of pictures
• Jenny:
  • Order drywall
  • Order electric strike, panic bar
  • MSDS for sudo
  • Ask Jake to finish basement ballasts
• Laura:
  • Plan for 'anyone' tasks by priority
  • Coordinate the door stuff
• Robb:
  • Tear up the rug
  • Assess mold situation
  • Working on ballroom lighting

Fire:

• Private inspection in 2007
• Check against existing report

Tasks:

• Order drywall for S Wall - 45 sheets 5/8" drywall - Jenny and Sean after meeting
• ID last electrical tasks
• Joe will talk to Seb and Jim to clarify air gap size
• DK send spreadsheet to Jenny to put in cloud
• Jenny will cat-herd the door components: cafe to ballroom (2); shattuck door, sudoor and back door - order 5 electric strikes (one first)
  • Electric strike, Beaglebone, arduino
• Ask Jake to come finish the basement ballasts
• Ask Whitney or Jake to prioritize the list
• Finish listing materials on the task spreadsheet
