Jenny:
- via Finance: Jenny met with Finance and all agreed on a remaining building budget of $5,000
- South Wall budget: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jmUZW1pBWqEHKBUL3DtbiIqkn9e2Fmrca33NqbiOLTs/edit#gid=0 - most has already been purchased, expensive items left are the insulation and the quietrock (~$1500?).
- Dusty and Anka will be installing one set of door bits (panic bar, mechanical override, and closer) this week to determine if we have the right set. If all works out then we can order 8 more sets from Amazon - one set is $225, so remaining door budget would be ~$1800 + cost of any electric strikes (those are expensive.. Marc is doing research on this)
- Any other remaining significant expenses? Permit cost, ~$1500? Cost of inspection? May need to ask for some additional funds, it would be good to spec out the whole remaining budget.
Laura:
- Please update the "shit needing fixing" spreadsheet if you accomplish something on the list
- A couple people have volunteered to do "anyone" jobs but then not actually done them.
