Digital Detox 7/24- I (Laura) am willing to help with this but will be out of town on the 24th. Will need several omni people including sound tech on the day of.
- What about acoustic performances for the first event?
- Ask Sean L to host a training, Alex, Jenny, Dragon and Ben are all interested, probably the rest of Commons should also get trained

New music at the Omni: The Town Quartet 8/14 - Pretty sure no contract has been signed. I talked to these guys yesterday. PEr them, DK agreed they could have the ballroom on a friday night for 20% of the door, but they are charging 10-20 sliding, and expect a max of 100 people with 50-75 more likely. I suggested $300 or 20% which still isn't enough IMO, and opened up the idea of using a different space in the building, though they are in that in-between size. Want alcohol sales. Ben can PP for getting contract and other logistics, Matt for day of?
3. Ligure Club meeting 9/8
- How large is this meeting? Are they paying anything? Jenny willing to be a responsibilibuddy- probably in the ballroom?
4. Adam and Tom's Wedding Reception 9/26
- Laura can you find out if they've signed a contract, made a deposit, etc? We can assign day-of responsibilibuddies closer to the date
