Omni Commons WG - 13 Sep 2015

Attendees

Ben, Sadie,Jake, Laura

NOBAWC event

Amy:

  • Will send insurance confirmation email
  • Needs a sound tech - Ben will send email to find someone to contract with. Will have sound needs from 7-10:30. Agree to turn down after 10 if necessary. Needs 2 mics, will bring 1.
  • May need an oven to cook parbaked pizzas. Sadie will email Joe and Helen.
  • Will use 6 tables.
  • Will start set-up at 5:30.

October Events Review

We tried out our event evaluation scheme. We agreed on a lot of the events. None of us had a very wide curve of scores - between low 30s and high teens. Jake improved the online spreadsheet We are excited about the Breds and Puppet show

Ben wil emaila list of the higher scoriing events to see if anyon eants to pp them.
