Updates
- A carpenter associated with Bike Music Festival is working at a discounted rate on the ballrom fire code issues. Commons agreed to use some of he money form MF rental to pay him. This was proposed becasue they are concerned all of a sudden that the ballroom is not safe without the fire inspection. He has already put up the exit signs on the south wall.
South Wall
- Jake and Matt currently working on the electrical, with the aim to finish tonight
- We should schedule the next inspection this week! [Robb/Jeremy]
Front Door
- Jenny ordered door hardware parts on 11 Sep, but didn't get a confirmation email. Bank acct says debit is pending, Jenny is calling them tomorrow.
- All the glass componants have been deivered to Jack. He has to buy glazing putty and spacers, but other than that is done and can install the door using the old hinges.
- Jake sez we can make our own automatic opener/closer based on stuff we have available in sudo
Doors
- Bicycle Music Fest carpenter guy could help
- Need to figure out how to put panic bars on Shattuck doors.
ADA Bathroom
- Yar would like to have a convo w/ Joe and/or Robb about the wall (and mounting bars) & tiling
- Could just mount the toilet now and do the tiling later
