Working Group, October 4, 2015
Present: LAura, Jeremy, Sadie, Derrick, RObb, Don
- We discussed the ideas that Jeremy and Sadie came up on 9/29 with and how it's going.
- We discussed ideas for protecting and eventually finishing the ballroom floor. Derrick interested in workig on it. He was referrred to the building working group. We will include care of the floor in the point person instructions.
- Don askes about his event requet to have his martial arts class here iin the disco roomm 2x per week. We agreed on a trial period of 3 months beginning 10/19.
- He has insurance but we need to verify waht kind of coverage he is required to have.
