*Matt: didn't make as much progress on inventory for the rummage sale. Prob better to postpone sale to 2nd week of Sept.
= Accounting tasks, what to do to improve our book keeping? =
*Laura: Call with Stephaney today. See notes below. Wants to talk to Matt to get details of spreadsheet. He will call her

* Confusion about time of call may also be due to her emails not going out on the listserv. Will send her a better email list.  
* Invoicing has been corrected. 
**Call is alternating Mondays at 2:30pm.
* Reconciliations need to be done.  For June 2016 WFCU, and for both BotW accounts
**Checked w Lib Lens and they don't want to buy photocopier. Haven't gotten any offers on the Craigslist ad.

**Hasnt gotten started setting up accts receivable/payable filing system.  
* Stephanie.  The Pro Forma's that we sent her were okay.  Notes for meeting with Stephaney are below on this pad.
* Jenny removed wiki link on website and made event request link more obvious
** Matt: We sent stephanie the budget we built based on the QBO reports. We can do another export now with teh new numbers.
** Jose: We had agreed on bi-weekly meetings, but invite was for every week.  Will look into it and check with stephanie if neccesary.
* New Markets Loan Credit Program - a way for banks to give large loans, and then forgive a portion of the loan at the end. They are VERY large loans (5 Million is start).  Bank gets credits for debt forgiveness. 
* We haven't made a budget that big that would require that large of a loan. If we make a 5 million loan budget. 
** Matt: Retrofit all floors for accesability, retrofit the kitchen, rooftop garden, Seismic retrofitting.
** Marriane: fixing up sprinklers could be a priority to increase size of room.
** Stephanie suggested these for us, She is an expert in doing this sort of loan.  She has said that we are too small for those, but Matt and others feel like it it might be worth looking into.
**  May be going away for next census.
**  Matt: we should come up with as big a budget as possible, as long as it is justifiable. 
** Jose: We should check with David because he is making a budget. 
** Matt: Tried to call him, no response.

* Aiming for the garage/yard sale on August 6th.  Name is tentative. 
* This is not a garage sale where we are accepting donations for it.  Part of the purpose is to clear out things.

* Send P&Ls, Balance Sheets to tax prepper: Jose will work with CPA friend to make sure balance sheet is ready.
** Jenny will update P&Ls and balance sheets to the 1023 google folder, for now use the reports directly sourced from QB (accrual)
* Need to make website IRS-ready - remove link to wiki, add link to booking form
* Matt, Kambiz, Austin, Marcus are going to work on an OMni garage sale for the 1st weekend of August
* Jenny will send out sublease agreements for Agua Viva - sent 7/16, need to get sigs
* Jenny and Laura will talk to Almaz about details of the GCS/YES FS or tenancy.
* Laura will update craigslist ad for copiers. Talk to Lib Lens about buying
* Keep on PhatBeets to move stuff. IF we have to take their stuff to the dump we wil bill them for the disposal fee. Give a deadline of the 1st weekend of August.

* Jose will clarify whether our stephanie meetings are weekly or every other week.  Will follow up as neccesary.

Accounting tasks, what to do to improve our book keeping?
