Productions Working Group (10 min)

Jenny, Robb, Liz: It would greatly benefit the Commons WG to focus principally on promotion, booking, contracts, and invoicing, and to have the Productions WG focus on the actual production of events (including stocking bathrooms and helping with cleaning before and after).

Puppet Troupe

  • 7/28: Carl came over and looked at the space (Arthur gave him a tour). Lynn called him Monday and left a nice message. Carl is here. Arthur suggest using the puppet show in the Halloween show (~Oct 30). Also interested in doing another show in December. Lynn will follow-up with Carl about a contract and invoicing.
  • 8/11: Arthur will respond to Lynn's message in the coming couple of days
  • 8/15: Carl has signed contract written by Lynn. Julio sent invoice for $350. Arthur now point person for Carl gaining access to the space.
