Omni Fundraising/Finance Meeting - 21 November 2016

Updates

  • Brian is now our treasurer
  • DK & Jenny are meeting with John tomorrow to explain the transfer of the option to purchase to Sudo Room.
  • Insurance agent is requesting additional documents that Laura is working to put together. One insurer is asking for application for name change that they think we have to send to the IRS. Laura will send the form we sent to CA with other supporting documentation an give Jesse's contact for question.
  • Brian is still working on the end of year fundraising letter. Has an outline. Would like the opening para to be from someone about the Omni providing them something that they can't get anywhere else. We suggested a few ideas.

Review cost analysis from title company

  • we went through and commented on anything we were confused about or that is incorrect.
  • Jenny sent to Jesse
  • LEt's not pay the loan tie-in fee!
    • Nor overestimated November Waste Management bill we already paid!

Action Items

  • Laura to follow up with Angi - email sent
  • Set up loan repayment schedule
  • Send signed written payoff statements to Jesse & Title Company [Jenny]
  • Switch all accounts to Sudo's bank account # and EIN. Dont forget D&O insurance policy
